Identity of “Ae Fond Kiss” mystery artist revealed

Posted on Updated on

Ok, many of you may have guessed correctly anyway, or you just know – from Facebook perhaps? 😉 Anyway, the mystery artist who was commissioned to draw the artwork for the front side of the cover of Zelle‘s upcoming Robert Burns comp, “Ae Fond Kiss”, is David Mitchell of 3Ds and Ghostclub fame. David Mitchell who currently lives in London has also contributed a solo track to the LP, titled Rocketship Caledonian. Be prepared to be blown very far away.

Graphic designer Mark Sharma, whose band The David Lynch Mob‘s song O Wert Thou In the Cauld Blast is also on the album, is currently busy putting the pieces together to come up with a really awesome album sleeve.
